Our Site and App are not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect information online from any person we know is under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor and believe your child has provided personal information to our Site or App that you would like us to delete or provide you with instructions for deleting, please contact us at contact@utopiaiv.com.

We may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time and will mark new versions with a corresponding effective date at the top of this Privacy Notice. These Terms apply to services, memberships, and digital programs operated by Utopia IV Infusions and its affiliated entities.

1.1 SMS Opting In

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Utopia IV Infusions related to:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations.
• Scheduling updates
• Responses to your inquiries
• Service-related communication

You can reply "STOP" to opt-out at any time. Reply "HELP" for support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details.

1.2 Email Opt-In

By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Sage Wellness Investments, LLC dba Utopia IV Infusions related to appointments, services, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

All services, including infusion packages, are non-refundable once purchased, booked, or completed. If you'd like to exchange a service, requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Exchanges are only possible for services of equal or lesser value.

We do not offer refunds based on individual response to treatment or unsatisfactory results, as outcomes vary. However, we encourage clients to communicate with us within 48 hours of service if they experience any issues. We may offer follow-up consultations at no additional cost.

Note: Refund and service policies may vary slightly by franchise location. Please consult with your local spa for any location-specific guidelines.

2.1 No-Show Policy

To provide exceptional service to all clients, our no-show policy includes a 100% fee for missed appointments without prior notice. Frequent no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings, allowing us to better serve our valued customers.

All promotional offers, discounts, and limited-time deals are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other discounts or memberships unless explicitly stated. Deposits made for promotional bookings are non-refundable.

Gift Cards are redeemable for services and retail products only. They cannot be used for gratuity or tips.

If you'd like to leave a tip for your clinician, you can do it at the time of checkout via cash or using same payment method.

This policy ensures proper handling of funds and that your appreciation goes directly to your service provider.

During your visit, we may take photos or videos for the purpose of documenting services, progress, and results. These visuals may be used for:

• Internal training and quality assurance 
• Client consultations (e.g., before and after comparisons) 
• Educational or informational content, where appropriate 

We respect your privacy and will make every effort to remove identifying features (such as your full face or voice) unless you have provided explicit verbal or written consent.

We will not use your images or recordings for promotional or public-facing purposes without your consent.

If you prefer not to be recorded or included in any media, please inform your specialist at the beginning of your appointment. Your preference will be fully honored and will not impact your services.
