GOOD FAITH EXAMS

Start Your Infusions the Right Way

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a medical assessment performed by a licensed healthcare provider—such as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—before starting any IV infusion, vitamin injection, or peptide treatment. This evaluation is an essential step in ensuring your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment. During the exam, the provider reviews your medical history, current medications, allergies, and overall health status to identify any potential contraindications or risks. The information gathered helps determine if the requested therapy is appropriate and allows the provider to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your wellness goals. By completing a GFE, we ensure every client receives safe, compliant, and individualized care designed to support optimal results.

Why a GFE is Important?

A GFE protects your safety and ensures all treatments are tailored to your unique health needs. This exam allows a licensed provider to review your medical history, assess your current health, and identify any risks or contraindications before treatment. It’s a vital step in maintaining compliance with state medical regulations and building a trusted provider–patient relationship.

What's Included in a GFE?

  • Review of medical history, current medications, and allergies
  • Discussion of health goals and symptoms
  • Identification of any contraindications or risk factors
  • Personalized treatment plan approval
  • Explanation of potential benefits and risks
  • Documentation of exam findings

When is a GFE Required?

A GFE must be completed before your first IV or injection treatment. In most cases, it only needs to be repeated annually or if there are changes to your health status or the type of treatment you receive.

Cost & Convenience

The Good Faith Exam is free with most treatments. A $30 fee applies only if your total treatment cost is under $150. This brief medical evaluation is required prior to your first service and helps ensure your treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.
